Print, sign and fax, email, text or bring into Cache Honda Yamaha at the time of rental check-out the applicable completed and signed waivers.
Note: Only people who have provided the applicable signed waivers prior to renting will be allowed to ride on, in, drive or otherwise participate in the use of rental equipment.If you are a driver or a passenger on a WaveRunner both of the following forms must be signed.
