“My husband went into your shop on Saturday to pick up a battery and there was someone there that really went out of his way to help him, he was looking for the wrong battery and the gentlemen got him the right battery, and charged it for him. My husband mentioned he was changing it out himself and doing some maintenance, that we have never done. Your employee took the time to help him walk through all the necessary steps and told him things he wasn’t aware of to check and got him the right materials to do the entire maintenance, not to mention gave him the confidence that he could do it.
